Basic training for Shibari

No matter whether you are a complete beginner or already have some experience. In our regular Shibari course you will learn the basics of rope bondage. This ranges from important safety aspects to basic knots and wrappings to the first restraints and their correct execution.

process & content

The course includes a general introduction for newbies, so that you can start at any time. In the meantime, more experienced participants can repeat the contents of the last hour and then receive feedback from the trainer. Then we will each time learn a new basic bondage or deepen an important aspect of bondage, whereby no previous knowledge is required for this. Those who are already more experienced can later combine these with other restraints and use them in creative restraints. Newbies, on the other hand, repeat and deepen this bondage one more time. Thus, the training can be seen both as a pure repetition, but also to learn something new. 

learning goals

The aim of the basic courses is to learn how to use the rope safely. This is made varied and fun through different knots, wraps and techniques. In addition, the basics of anatomy and safety are taught. Anyone who regularly takes part in the course is well prepared for our basic intensive courses or can continue to practice here and deepen their knowledge. Together they prepare for the Advanced and Suspension course.

Everything you need for the course can be found on site. If you want to bring your own ropes, you are welcome to do so. Of course it makes sense to come with a partner, but matchmaking can also be done on site
